Where is Seabeck?

Seabeck Conference Center is located in the town of Seabeck, Washington, on Hood Canal. The town doesn't consist of much more than the conference center, the general store across the road, a pizza stand, a marina, and a coffee stand.

Down the road you'll find an elementary school, the fire station and beautiful Scenic Beach State Park. There are also many private homes in the area, both summer homes and year-round residences.

Public Transportation: Van service is available from SeaTac Airport to Silverdale through the Bremerton-Kitsap Airporter. Further information is available from their website (http://www.kitsapairporter.com) or by phoning 1-800-562-7948 (Washington only) or 1-360-876-1737 (all other locations). Reservations should preferably be made 24 hours in advance, but at least two hours in advance. Be certain you obtain a reservation number. From Silverdale you will need to take a taxi the remaining 8 miles to Seabeck. Ask your van driver to call ahead so that a cab will be waiting when you arrive in Silverdale.

Link to Washington State Ferries

You can take the ferry from Edmonds to Kingston, from Seattle to Bremerton, or from Seattle to Bainbridge as part of your travel to Seabeck. You may also choose to drive across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and take no ferries. In the summer, the ferries often have substantial back-ups.
